- Small, broad, thin blade with narrow side-notches and recurved, concave base
- Form
- Blade is small, broad, thin with a narrow U-shaped notch. Typically had shape of equilateral
triangle below notch.
- Base is recurvate, concave and ground
- Side-notch is narrow, deep and U-shaped
- Size: Length = 28 mm - 50 mm (average 35mm), Width = 23 mm - 35 mm (average 25 mm), thickness averages 4 mm.

- Major: Rhyolite and andesite
- Minor: Argillite and “Carolina” slate
- In general, more highly silicified rock was used

- Generally same as for Hardaway except all edges carefully reworked
